Well he’s telling the truth. He’s hiding behind his lawyer.. For Christ sake. Wade got caught, and his team deems it necessary to not engage in discussion with his employer which is his right and probably the smart move but he is indeed hiding

Then there's no reason to say that he's "hiding." He isn't hiding because he legally can't talk about the things he may have to testify about.
