Look there is a reason there is always a parent or uncle or close friend handling these “negotiations” for the player bc Smart, Zion, Cam, etc etc etc can, in good conscience, say they have no idea what people are talking about.
I could see Barry Bonds accurately denying that he ever “knowingly” used PEDs bc he just took what his trainer gave him. Barry probably said, “Trainer, please give me *wink* the best supplement *wink* to get as strong as possible *wink wink*”

Also a reason I think WW is a dumbass for not having this run through a 2nd or 3rd party on his behalf. You will never find any elite coach having a direct convo with a handler...except at LSU

I mean, I think it's smart and good business. If you think you have a PR problem, then this is a good way to interact with portions of the fanbase. Even if the board is the lunatic fringe that some say it is, you're still influencing season ticket holders.

Well LSU is not an elite basketball school unlike Duke, UK, UNC. I’m sure the handler/player wants to make sure not only the $ is good but this will help him make it to next level. WW doesn’t have the rep of K, Cal, Self, etc so I think he needs to do more of the dirty work himself until he becomes established.

Nobody’s said there was a gag order, douchebag. When LSU invited the BOS rep along with an NCAA rep is where it went sideways.

What about the NCAA being invited by LSU? If NCAA was around I wouldn’t meet bc it’s proven that admitting anything to NCAA is the wrong path bc they have extremely limited investigation powers.

The NCAA requested to be there. They are the governing body of college athletics. You don’t exactly have a choice.
