Or I'd be fine with 2023. frick Matt House.

If we had a halfway decent DC and defense in 2023, we would still have Kelly as HC. They probably would've won a National Championship with an average Defense. If that had happened, he would still be HC.

I’m more excited to see if he can unlock Harlem Berry.

Convenient you picked 3 years and not 4 considering in 2022 they did lead the league in rushing ypg.

Regardless, OM was either at the top or top 3 total offense every year and was at worst top 5-6 rushing each year.
I literally said that. You said he always has the top rushing attack in the SEC, which is false. That's not a negative.

I'd rather be top 3 in rushing with a better passing attack than #1 in rushing with a less balanced offense.

I’m optimistic about what’s coming in the future. However let’s let them go prove it on the field before we all start crowning them the second coming of JB and JD. I’d hate to see most of you devour this team and staff the way everyone did the baseball team because they didn’t meet everyone’s ridiculous expectations.

100% would have won a national championship that season if the defense had been simply average. There is zero doubt in my mind that nobody was stopping us that year if we had a defense with a pulse.

Yea how completely ridiculous to expect LSU, College Baseball’s “POWERHOUSE” program, Defending NCs & a consensus preseason Top 2/3 Team in the Country to actually be one of the 64 Teams to qualify for postseason baseball.

RIDICULOUS huh?

Don't be surprised if Berry and Durham aren't RB1 by opening day. The Wisconsin RB was in the 1st all spring. That guy looked super underrated on film. He looked like an elite runner that had his season cut short with injury. LSU might've got a steal there.

If we’re able to run the football, this may be our best offense since 2019.

I’m sorry but there’s pretty much zero chance it will be as good as our 2023 offense. I think it will still be very good

Agree, LSU offense with Lane is going to be down right crazy good! We may get one of those 40+ points a game this year. Strong defense better than average. LSU going for the NC!

And you overlook the comment which was Kiffin's offense ALWAYS leads the SEC in rushing.

Whether it’s first every year or not (or merely top 5) Kiffin’s offense starts with the running game. Last year they rushed for 4.6 ypc and 39 TDs as a team. That’s a full yard extra per carry and neither 4x TDs then what our pathetic squad did last year. Get excited.

Kiffin got his Kewan Lacy 2.0. Both run similar and have similar builds along with similar production at their previous school
