Rough week for the tigers. We take 2 of 3 against Vandy and all is forgotten. This team needed some humble pie. I still have faith they Jay will turn things around.

I think LSU might end up with a losing record in SEC this year. I don't see it, sorry. We don't have anyone who you can point to as a starter that's absolutely elite, the relief is way too sketchy with several guys right now regressing, defense is awful and we have major catcher concerns, and bats are cold. This team is in trouble. I think Bide is going to get destroyed if anyone is on base in the SEC. Right now this team looks like one of the worst teams I've seen in awhile for LSU. I think they're much worse than 24.

Serna has the excuse of being younger and he has a lot of power potential especially as he grows into the role. Bide has no future at catcher in my opinion. He doesn't do any of the basics right. Both are bad right now though. Didn't Serna smoke one earlier that was near a record and he hasn't even had time to develop? I'd take my growing pains with him personally and maybe move Bide to DH.
