I'm glad Woodward did not use "making Ryan Clark happy" as one of his criterion to hire a new LSU football coach.

Well O was Incompetent and completely miss handle the shite that happened after George Floyd. I do however think Ryan Clark is a POS.

You don't think it's a problem when one of our former players who's now affiliated with ESPN is saying he doesn't think BK can relate to black players? If it was someone like Stephen A Smith I really wouldn't care because he doesn't know jack about CFB but it's a little different when it's one of your own. Plus whether we like it or not he works with a lot of kids at Traction and I don't think it can help matters if he gets in players ears saying BK won't be able to relate to them.
He doesn't even have any real reasoning for why he doesn't think BK can relate to those kids, other than he's "an old white guy" as he so eloquently put it. Dude's been a HC for 30+ years coaching predominantly black players and I don't know of anything during that time that would lead me to believe that's remotely true.

Maybe he should learn who Robert Steeples is. LSU is too big of a program to make the HC selection based on such vain criteria. It's not the NFL where you're going to fire the guy after 1 or 2 years. If you hire someone then you're basically guaranteeing 5 or so years.
Aside from that he should open his mind a little and recognize that Kelly has empowered young black upcoming coaches and taken them under his wing within the program to grow them up and either promote within or get them hired for a better job elsewhere.
If I'm not mistaken LSU has now had at least 2 young black persons get hired/promoted to the staff at Colorado under Deion Sanders.

LSU hired President Tate who is a critical race theorist.
I can promise you with him LSU tried to hire a black head coach first. He quickly realized besides Tomlin, who wouldn’t leave Pittsburgh, there was nobody even close to as qualified as Kelly
I can promise Tate searched everywhere before hiring Kelly so Ryan Clark can eat shite.
