Whatever your opinion on the NIL cease-and-desist, nothing changes the way Jayden has represented himself, his family, and LSU—with class and integrity.
Uhhh, THIS changes the wayJayden has represented himself and his family. No class and no integrity on this issue. And basically the whole nation agrees and is absolutely blasting him for it (and apparently having a ball doing so with all the memes).

I'm beginning to think Ryan Clark has mental issues. He feels compelled to be in the news and it's always about race. He's become quite boring.

Jayden positioned himself against LSU and present and future players while also cancelling his own legacy.
It would be interesting to see Jayden’s name removed from all LSU statistics and replaced by an asterix, I think the SEC would have to follow suit as they are reported from member institutions and maybe even the NCAA if the school can’t report it. It would be interesting to see a player erase himself from the history books.
I guess LSU could tell the networks they are no longer licensed to broadcast highlights of Jayden Daniel’s while in a LSU uniform. So his college career is essentially wiped away.

I also agree he conducted himself with an incredible amount of class during his time here.
I agree, he always carried himself well and earned my respect while at LSU, which makes his behavior or his team (Mom) now even more disappointing making him a complete fool. Time will tell.

J. Daniels was remembered and celebrated EXACTLY like Ryan Clark believes he should be until HE pulled this stunt.
Spare me with JD being a victim of anything here. He brought this 100% all on himself.

fukin embarrassing for all the normal black folks but they still won’t call it out.
One: why should I as a "normal" black person (whatever that is) feel any type of way about anything Ryan Clark says. He doesn't represent me or any of the other myriad of black people in this country.
Two: as far as I can see, the vast majority (let's say 95%+) of black media members, posters, etc. have said that Jayden is in the wrong in this scenario and how he's handling it. including former black athletes from LSU as well as many of the talking heads including Shannon Sharpe and a few others.

I, for one, never even thought of Joe Burrow when Jayden came up with this.
So let me be the one that is unassuming, but still launch a huge truism:
"If Jayden Daniels were white, Ryan Clark would NOT CARE about this at all. and If Joe Burrow were a black quarterback, Ryan would have been the one to inoke his name against the white Jayden."
I have access to history that proves Ryan's motivations.

No one likes you. You burn every bridge. Your pathetic petiness towards LSU is simply because CEO didn't offer your son.

But he tries to represent you. And he makes it worse.

Well this is the rant. They will latch on to one single thing and act like the entire world feels that way. Black, white, or any other, you aren't in the presence of a lot of intelligence on this board.

Clark - sanctimonious polemicist
What is sad is how many people actually value his opinion

While I appreciate you position on this, if you think that what I suggested isn’t a problem for black America I’m not sure what to tell you at this point.

Ryan Clark bothers me. I guess we’re even.

I feel his statement was fair, and I know he goes too far sometimes, but in this case I don’t see it.
When he reconciles he should be welcomed back…

So the way JD represented LSU in sending a C&D letter to LSU was a positive representation of LSU? Sound logical.
Everyone knows this is not about a jersey number. Stay out, Jayden.

The smear campaign was started against LSU.
If you go against the LSU brand, you and your team better be prepared to deal with the wrath of the fan base. It doesn’t matter the race, people from Louisiana have an innate ability to be the first pettiest version they can be.
We as a fan base can’t be held at fault because the entire sports social media atmosphere has taken to clowning him, his mother and their team. They brought this on themselves.

We’re tired of RC and his schtick is getting very old.
