Since there is no Indian Droppings or Warhawk Droppings, I thought I would at least fix your selections.

Football- Bubby Brister
Basketball-Calvin Natt
Baseball- Terry Matthews
Track- Joe Profit
WB-E.J.Lee
Ski team - Anyone from last 25 consecutive years National Championship
Fishing team-Anyone from last years National Champonship team.
Oh wait

I'm not reading the whole thread, but if Ruffin G. Pleasant hasn't been named yet, then you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Coaches - Cholly, Les, Skip, Dale Brown

Players - Pete, Shaq, Billy Cannon, Tommy Casanova

Serious consideration: YA Tittle, Bob Pettit, Jerry Stovall, Jacob Hester, Chad Lavalais, Charles Alexander, Jimmy Taylor, LaRon Landry

Our Tiger Mt. Rushmore might need to have 10-12 faces.

How about the person that made it all possible. Joe "fan". You know the guy since birth gave up everything for LSU sports. Lived 24 7 LSU sports. Sad for days after a loss and on cloud 9 for 1 day after a victory. And gave $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for tickets and parking passes.

Metry - I like your inclusion of a lot of the old guys. I agree it's too soon for Miles. Dalton Hilliard is one of my favorite players of all time. I also like the effort you spent into picking non "big three" athletes.

However, did Kevin Faulk steal your girl or something?

Oh....My....Gawd.
How in the Ole War Skule did I ever forget Kevin Faulk ????

Pistol Pete and Cannon, no one else is quite worthy yet, even though I am a huge Bert Jones fan.

I agree he's overlooked and it's hard to put a 3rd basketball player up there - so if he's not first, who gets bumped? Shaq or Pistol? And if he's first, why isn't there more of a consensus? Too far back? Maybe, but there are lots of votes for Cannon on here.

Pettit - also pretty sure he was the very first recipient of the NBA MVP award.

It's well rounded. Now, if they add President Obama (not saying they should, just asking) who gets the fifth?
