He was in the NFL when we hired him. I think he saw LSU as a means to an end.

Also, Rhule also signed a 7-year deal. That's a lot of security. I'd be interested in the numbers but I think his deal will shatter records for first-year offensive coordinators.

Well obviously yeah that happened and it’s awesome. But it would nice to be able to compete every year. Now without the Joes it will be back to the Citrus Bowl.

This smells uncomfortably like Newton and Malzahn leaving Auburn after their 2010 season. Don’t like how it makes me feel

Well...

No matter what happens, we’ve had a magical season that will last a life time. I certainly want more of those, but I can’t fault Brady If this is what he wants to do.

The next coach can also make the receivers catch 10,000 balls in the offseason. That definitely helped.

They can pay more and if he goes to the Panthers and does similar he has a much greater chance at college and NFL hc jobs.

Just wait until Carolina tries to package Cam and picks to the Bengals...

Maybe Brady realizes Burrow was generational talent, and his goal is the NFL, so strike while the iron is hot.

What a great year!

I would assume LSU would make him Co-OC and pay him considerably more. Not sure what pro coordinators make but didn't think it was as much as college.

hire someone who will go a completely different route. We need to keep the same style.

This... Just think about Myles Brennan’s time here, four different offenses. Yeah, he’s had SE the whole time, but it’s going to be four different playbooks in four years.

That must be why Brady and Coach E were not sitting close to each other at last night’s game. Brady was seeing if E could do it on his own
