Reminder: The SEC interfered…

…in LSU’s ability to adhere to a lawful injunction by a district court in its own state.
The fact that media is not hammering Sankey and the league on this fact is strange. No questions about the SEC’s responsibility to follow courts in various jurisdictions in the states of its member schools. No questions asking why the league didn’t just let this play out and re-codify rules for next season. No questions directly asking Sankey if he thinks the SEC is above state laws. No corrections that LSU has not filed suit any against the league. No questions to Sankey about the league’s responsibility to respect the Constitutional rights of the players.
It’s not LSU’s fault that 40 players sued in a Baton Rouge court regarding their 5th year of eligibility. I don’t understand the league’s insistence on continuing to pick this fight.

l hate what has happened with LSU and the SEC because of Sankey. It's almost to the point to where either he leaves or LSU leaves the conference. Fire Sankey ASAP.

I don't understand why LSU can't just leave it all alone. If they're not a HS kid or a transfer portal player..... leave them alone.

Because a court ruled the players have a constitutional right to play a 5th year and that the SEC’s new eligibility rules regarding “professional” players does not apply to said players.

Sure, if everyone else in the league does too.

LSU has not rostered them. They have left it alone. Not sure what more you want them to do. The players are independently suing the SEC. The players are not on LSU's roster, their lawyer and agent representing them are also not affiliated with LSU.

Sankey should be back in court to answer questions.

The leagues actions basically show they do not regard the State courts that the member institutions reside in as an authority unless it involves a player that could be the "face" of the league for one last year.

SEC: You WILL DEFY THE LAW to follow SEC Rules or ELSE.
LSU: ok.
SEC: That’s not enough.

Not very many people are a huge bitch like you. LSU has done nothing wrong. More importantly LSU hasn’t done anything that every other school in the conference has done. Hell Ole Piss tampered with a transfer recruit and admitted to it and the SEC looked the other way. Alabama played a player that was in RJ Luis shoes and they said hey maybe don’t do that. frick them and frick you.

You don't understand bc you're a fricking retard!

Because on the same day Sankey releases his bitch arse statement, multiple SEC teams are ROSTERING basketball players that were paid to play internationally.

I don't understand how LSU remains in the SEC after the next round of TV contracts.
4 (if not more) other schools and their Admin plus the League are trying to remove LSU... rather you believe this to be a tactic or a real threat, I don't know how you do business with those people in good faith. Not to mention the amount of damage done to the teams, the University, the brand and even the state.
