Like someone said before this might not be on coach o. Canada might have trouble overstepping his bounds because he has had issues with coaches at jobs before.

Maybe he should’ve figured that out before he hired . maybe he should’ve contacted the previous coaches that he worked with to figure out if this is somebody that he could work with and found out more about this toxic personality propaganda that the o syncophants keep peddling

Did Saban not hire Sarkisian after he had been fired at USC for being drunk constantly at USC functions? He also hired Kiffin as well. Saban goes through coordinators like sh*t through a goose. He'll have another new defensive coordinator after this season as well. The bottom line is coordinators are going to move on and Canada is no exception.

So, if we have a great next season it will be frowned on because of your "Regardless of what happens" statement

Canada was one of the hottest commodities at oc. It was a trial process that didn't work out. No reason not to take a chance on Canada for a year.

That’s Saban and his system. Not O. You just can’t make that comparison.

You polish it by hiring another very good coordinator. If he stays more than 2 years, then the shine becomes glossy.

Matt Canada is a good coordinator, but he wasn’t as good as I initially thought. He is replacable. Sucks that they lost a year learning his system, though.

The rest of us realize that turnover at the coordinator position is fairly common.
I think most are OK with it when you get a few good years of offensive production and they get poached.
This seems very, very different.

The fact that our AD and our HC can’t keep anything under wraps and let’s everything play out through passive aggressive veiled media comments is embarrassing.

Being a good fit and being able to work with an individual is something you should figure out in the interview process. Yes relationships sour but that should not be occurring four games into a Tenure

frick it. Canada is underwhelming, produced unimaginative offense and is ready to go. I is the head coach and Canada doesn’t fit in. Quit worrying about bad looks. The game is to win gam s.

Apparently Canada is an asshat that tends to alienate just about every person he has worked for over the last 7-8 years.

You posters, my o my.

If O fails, Alleva will probably be gone too. But Joe got rid of Les Miles and he hired Will Wade so that was 2 huge pluses for him IMO.

There’s a difference between coordinators leaving for Head Coaching or NFL jobs like most of Saban’s and firing a guy after 1 because you Vanover along with him.

Yet somehow with all these people he has supposedly alienated O couldn’t figure out this interview process? There were no red flags?
