The O apologists I’ve seen say oh people are melting irrationally because it won’t be ensminger. Whether it’s ensminger or not it doesn’t matter. We are less than one year removed from hiring orgeron on the premise to hire the best of the best and not to meddle. Canada is less than a year removed from being the only offensive finalist for coordinator of the year. You can’t polish this turd

Your right, but not much you can do but laugh at how stupid those in power at LSU are at this point. The truth is they just don't care that much about LSU football. Until they start losing money that is.

Yea right... LoL..Canada has had 3 OC jobs in the last 4 years...he was up for 2 HC jobs just recently at 2 smaller schools...didn’t get either one..not much in demand as some people think.... really shows me he was going to be @ LSU for a long time...

Only to the Chicken Littles.

The rest of us realize that turnover at the coordinator position is fairly common.

Forgive me if I put more stock into a group of men that actually get paid to do this over a collective bunch of hating little kids on a message board.

Of course it is.

I accepted after Troy that LSU football is now a joke. It will be a joke as long as Captain Caveman is in charge.

Will root for LSU to always win but I know 100 percent it ain't happening with that clown in charge or anywhere near the program in fact

I’m not the one who hired him in the first place. That’s on orgeron who has no clue on what he wants and is blaming the coordinator he hired 4 games into his tenure.

Being a good fit and being able to work with an individual is something you should figure out in the interview process. Yes relationships sour but that should not be occurring four games into a Tenure

Some of you people are something else! Sometimes shite just doesn't work out. Is it more about Coach O or more about Canada and how he just might be a great A dick?

I can have all the opinions I want about my boss, but in the end, he is still my boss and either I want to work for and with him or I go and find another job, period!

Exactly. Which is why many of us thought hiring O as HC with the story that LSU will hire the best coordinators money can buy would not be a successful strategy. Everyone, including the decision-makers at LSU, knows that O is not an elite coach. So what is the story now? O is an elite coach or that one can have a below-average HC and switch coordinators every year and expect to win championships.

Do you really think that sort of strategy is going to work or should we just be happy with the Citrus Bowl being the ceiling for this team?

Speaking of clowns and magic show and tricks....
He must be top clown to beat in the same season:
Auburn
Tennessee
Florida
Ole miss
Tex am
Arkansas
Potentially (ND)

But LSU recruits itself and can win 10 by itself huh?

And who hired a guy that has had 3 jobs in 4 years? Our amazing head coach that's who.

Yes, changing of coordinators is fairly common. That's not the issue. The issue is O's need to have elite coordinators to be successful. The successful coaches in this league do not require the best money can buy to be successful. How many OCs/DCs has Saban had in his time at Bama? How many has Meyer had? Quite a few for both. That alone should tell you it's more about the man in charge that it is about his coordinators.

Like someone said before this might not be on coach o. Canada might have trouble overstepping his bounds because he has had issues with coaches at jobs before.

Nice so you’d rather suck off the BOS that gave you Alleva and ultimately O and this Canada situation.

And before you ask, the only reason this “group of men” you’ll believe are in the position they are in is because of dumb arse Louisiana voters who elected Jindal and JBE who then appoint friends to become this group of men who believe, when they’re just making bank and terrible decisions on behalf of LSU.

The difference is the boss needs the employee and their expertise in this situation.

That's what the BR media will be fed. And they will eat it up.

Then Ensminger will be hired and the line will be "getting back to LSU football", which the BR media will eat up.
