The refs blew some calls both ways but it was probably a wash.

Bruce Pearl is a sweaty SOB. But he's a damn good coach.

Refs didn't decide that game.

I wouldn't say that. They played every bit as physical as us and went about 17 minutes without a foul in the 2nd half. Can't remember when I've seen that before. We had double the fouls they had until they started having to foul close to the end.

But if we defend the 3 better or foul them before shooting a 3 and make them take 2 free throws instead, we win.

Calm down.... LSU got outplayed when it mattered the most. No way this should have gone to overtime.

blaming ref, whether in football or basketball is downright juvenile.

The refs didn’t lose that game today. If anything, we got the benefit of a huge bad call against Auburn when Skylar got stripped in the backcourt late in regulation.

Bitching about refs is childish.

I think auburn had about three calls or non calls that clearly favored them and allowed them to gain extra possessions to catch up.

Outside of that, I’m more mad at Our coaching staff for not adjusting to the 3-point barrage in the last three minutes of regulation and the majority of the overtime. It was asinine to allow the same guys to shoot three pointers from the same spots without challenging them. And I’m talking about the freshman who hit 7 of them from the corners. I’m talking about the point guard who hit three in a row from a screen at the top of the key. At what point do you adjust and force them to drive and trade two point baskets for two point baskets with an 8 point lead and just over a minute left? At what point do you Move a defender closer to the Auburn inbounds so the guard can’t let the ball roll to half court before the clock starts and then get off an uncontested 3 on one pick and a shot three straight times within about 5 seconds of picking up the ball to start the possession?

The coaching staff is doing a piss poor job teaching these guys what to do for the last 5 minutes of games. How many double digit leads have turned into by the skin of our teeth wins and how many of our 6 losses have come because of similar collapses down the stretch?

Wasn't refs bud. Did u see that game at all?? LSU wanted no part in playing complete defense, kinda sporadic at times when they did in that game, played a better game than they did vs vandy on defense. Was LSU players shooting 3 ball and missing, not playing defense, not getting rebounds not getting a couple easy shots when not getting blocked for dunks, days fouling out, giving up a big lead yet again for what the 12th time this season?? If u watched the game at all u will agree if u are a 6 year old kid yah I can see u won't agree. LSU gives up big leads all season and has not figured it out yet what to do to fix it.

Have you seen how many games where LSU was leading comfortably only to hang on for dear life at the very end regardless of whether we win those games or lose them? Look up the game flows in games just over the last 3 weeks and you’ll find a bunch of them. In fact, it happens more than it doesn’t.

Yeh, same ref who blew the Vanderbilt game and maybe the same one who stopped the Cowboy Cerrone - Conor McGregor fight when Cowboy was getting the best of Conor last fight. Danged ref.

REF's hmmm
Did you even watch the game???

This and THE LAST LOSS is all on Streetball Coaching legend Will Wade....

Will Wade AMAZING RECRUITER BUT TERRIBLE COACH...
This team has no identity except they can make 3pointers..

NO DEFENSE
NO OFFENSE
All a Result of BAD COACHING
Hell, you should've just fouled them when putting up 3's, just make sure the ball isn't launched...

TERRIBLE COACHING and NOTHING to do with the Regs

Throwing up reckless 3 pointers up by double digits early in the shot clock, poor rotation on defense, and clutch shooting by Auburn is why they lost. Not the refs....

My comment is specifically about the previous comment that these coaches don’t know how to coach the last 5 minutes. Just not true in fact just the opposite. This group of coaches at was good as it gets in the last minutes of a game. Team is also.

Yes they fritter away big leads . Different questions to be asked there ....

I don’t know what game you watched, but we were the more aggressive team in O and hardly drew a foul until late. Meanwhile the big Auburn center was pushing and going over the back every other possession.

Mays acted like he lost his fricking mind with the ball up two points with :35 left.

As much as he put them in a position to win, going to OT is on him for that play.

And I don’t know why the frick wade sits on time outs. It’s utterly infuriating.
