I hope not and I want this game treated like any other game. Ever since we played prime time we are 1-7 but if it is primetime Joe Burrow will ball out like he did against Texas.

Why wouldn't you want them on prime time?

so why don't you want Joe Burrow to ball out?

ETA: I also want this to be 2:30 CBS. much easier to watch games at home that come on at 2:30 I think. there's no tailgating, so I end up sitting on the couch all day anxiously anticipating the game

Lol at all y’all “wanting it to be like every other game”

Wanna know why it’s not gonna be?

Because it’s a clash of titans. It’s likely gonna be a top 4 matchup.

If the moments to big vs Bama then we’re not gonna win it all anyways.

The last time we beat them it was literally called the game of the century.

I don't care what time the game is. Streak's coming to an end this year.

I prefer my road games at 2:30 so they don’t consume my Saturday nights. I play in a band, so if LSU is playing at night, I can’t book that night, which means we can’t make money that night.

I feel like LSU puts too much pressure on the game waiting two weeks to play then it’s prime time and coach O tightens up.

Because they think that somehow playing them 3 hours earlier will give us an advantage.

Y’all are lying to yourselves if you don’t think that every Bama player knows who their biggest threat is on their schedule. We’re not gonna sneak up on them

I bet Kirk herbstreit seeing LSU in person with a offense is dying to call that game instead of calling a boring big 12 or big 10 game like they always do.

Maybe Joe Brady can get Coach O and the whole team to lighten up a little and not come out so tightly wound up vs Bama.

The thought is that over the years this game has been so hyped up that the players have to hear so much about the impossible task of beating bama while at the same time the bama players hearing about the only team that has a shot is LSU making them even more hyped up. Part of that hype is because it was always the select chosen game by cbs to be their one prime time game.

The LSU players get this insurmountable mountain while the bama guys get extra motivation. And the thought is if it was just the normal 230 cbs game it would hide out like a regular week.

May be right may be wrong but if we keep playing like we are capable of as others said there will be no hiding that game no matter what time it is. I expect game day there and the count down on the bottom line a la 2011 (which was a crazy set of circumstances with the nba lockout and needing to fill programming)

Is the crowd more hostile at 330 or 730?

Honest question...does it matter ?
