He has been solid. Next year will determine if he becomes one of the guys to continue our reputation as dbu.

He's far more than "solid". He's as good as there is in CFB as a CB.

He’s been great in press coverage. Teams have barely thrown his way when we are in man. He’s been up and down in zone tho

Good player, but isn’t in the S tier with former upper echelon corners. More of a B+ tier

He is only a true sophomore coming off a tremendous freshman year and barely has even been targeted. It’s way too early to have that take talent wise he absolutely is in the S tier completely disagree with you

our DBs looked weak (including Pickett) vs OM.

Tends to happen when you only rush 3 and play soft zone.

Exceeded

I think he has lived up to expectations. We finally are back to the great defensive backfields we had until 2020. Pickett is elite and Woodland is very good. The safeties are very good, too.

Yes, he’s lived up to expectations. Keep in mind DB is arguably the hardest position to play as well.

Just trying to say that next year will determine if he becomes the level of some of our greatest. He might end up being in the discussion of guys like Patrick Peterson, Honey Badger, Corey Webster, Mo Claiborne, ... I love the guy, but don't think he is in that discussion yet.

Guessing it's Baker, but i agree on the zone play, he just seems so far off the player for being so athletic and long.

He has been very good.
Probably doesn’t get as much recognition due to not being a punt/kick returner like Mathieu, Peterson, etc.
