I like the mood-lighting effect. Sort've reminds me of how the Shaw Building looks when you're driving past it on I-10 at night. I do NOT like those circles with LSU & whatnot on them. They can 86 that sh!t quick.
I'm just glad they found some sucke...I mean...true LSU fans to pony up $3K per window they were asking for donations...

actually the LSU signs in the arches would look bitching with a soft purple or gold light illuminating through them at night IMO

You have to admit it needs work. It doesn't seem like it's been maintained well but it's not a dump. It's not on that list because of it's beauty.

Dat's True. Hopefully Alleva will get the renovations going soon. The windows are a good start. The whole grounds area around the stadium has a lot of potential to be a showplace...

The lights can be a good touch if done correctly; like how they do the lights for the super dome. I like how they have the colored lights shining through the old dorm room windows.

I'm a purest, don't do anything to the outside look of the stadium arches. The LSU signs in every other arch is so dated. If they want to do purple and gold lighting for game day then I think that would be cool to do if it is not over done. The fact that they did not continue the outside coliseum look when they added the upper decks was very disappointing and hurt the great look of the stadium. Hopefully they will come back and redesign a better look then what they have. When a teams players and fans enter TS they need to know they are entering a coliseum to do battle.

Hey, I'm as big a Bammer as they come but if they did that (the lighting) it would look really bad arse.

That looks a lot better than what I imagined. I didn't want them to do it originally because I thought it would look tacky but I wouldn't mind that at all

Thats nice and all but how about a massive pressure washing of the outside and inside of TS first?
