This story was written to make the school look like a bully but they aren't. Many Catholic schools also have similar dress codes.

You wouldn't show up at the Rex ball in shorts and a tank top and this school has a dress code that the grandparents agreed to when they registered the child. The grandparents are also breaking Biblical teaching by going to the world (press) and making a story about this.

My high school had a dress code in my freshman year requiring girls wear dresses. That was a public high school. This is a private Christian school and the dress code there is not being followed by her or her guardians dressing her. This is an example of a child telling adults how she is going to dress and the adults blaming it on the school instead of themselves.

One aspect most are forgetting is that according to our tax code, a corporation is a person and pays income taxes. If a person is forced to do something against their religious beliefs, that is a violation of their first amendment rights.

You only said that the government should stay out of the bedroom regarding adults having consensual sex. The wife didn't give consent to her husband having sex with other people. Remember, most states are no-fault divorce. The woman that heads that ministry didn't contract HIV but there are women that attend who have contracted HIV, Herpes and other STD's from their promiscuous husbands.

This is actually the reason prostitution is illegal is because there are innocent victims that most do not think about. We only think about the two having sex, not the innocent wives at home that aren't involved in those sexual relations. .

Syracuse has nice history and I think people will have a great trip there. New York is actually a beautiful state from what I've been told and the pictures I've seen. I've been to Pennsylvania several times but never made it over to New York. Finally doing so this summer.

Do unions believe in God because they don't pay taxes and get to participate in the political process and even contribute directly to candidates while churches don't. Talk about discrimination.

What about the women that have their husbands come home after having consensual sex with another woman or man and they give her an incurable STD? It happens quite frequently. There is a ministry at a local church that is led by a woman who had a husband that did such. She didn't know it and one day he came home and told her he had HIV.

BTW, if you knew Scripture you would know that I Corintians 5 says about those who claim to be brothers and sisters yet boast about their sin as being good. There it was the sexual relationship of a mother and her son and it offended all of Corinth and not just those in the church that kept telling them they were sinning. We are commanded to cease relationships with them. We aren't even supposed to eat with them.

You also forget that the first commandment by Christ is that we are to love the Lord thy God with all of our heart, soul and mind. The second is to love our neighbor as ourself. You are telling us that we must disobey God and love you more and we are to deny the love we should have for our ownself because you consider yourself more important than us.

Christians have been willfully dying for their beliefs for the last 2000 years and have been persectured horribly. Christian villages in Syria that are hundreds of years old are now being flattened and they are fleeing if they can and many dying. In Iran, there is a Baptist minister that is still in prison and was at one point sentenced to death because of his faith. He hasn't recantted.
Jesus said that we are to pick up our cross, deny ourself and follow Him. That meant "be prepared to die for your faith in me."

Are you really so oppressed? Toddy, I was at the PCUSA Gen Assembly and I stood in opposition to what your lgbt friends called for a seventh time - the removal of the chastity in singleness and fidelity in marriage clause from the Book of Order. They had it removed claiming it was an LGBT rights issue and they had the right to ordination. Well, such removal is applicable to all and there are no sexual moral standards in the PCUSA. Pastors that are straight no longer have to live by any standards either. Live like Hugh Heffner and be a PCUSA pastor. That's the PCUSA now.

Oh, those Christian business owners wouldn't provide their services to Hugh Hefner for a Playboy party either. He should sue those Christians for discriminating against him, too.

They didn't consider the owner or the health officials that must enforce such laws. It'a all about their sexual desires being first.
