Proud of the team, embarrassed by the fans last night.

LSU fans in attendance were an embarrassment last night and were cheered out of the NRG by the KSU people. No noise, no energy, nothing to support the team. Even the band disappeared for the night like they opted out. Sad

We had fans that bought a ticket and attended that game? Props to them for supporting the team.

To be fair to the fans that attended … there was not much to cheer for

But if there ever was a time we needed to scream just because that’s what we do, it was last night

When LSU was doing good things they got loud and proud.

Kudos to the fans that attended.

Sounded great early on, and the team gave them basically nothing to cheer for past the first quarter.

Totally disagree with you that our fans in attendance were an embarrassment. To the contrary, the fact that we had so many fans there and they were loud early on actually made me proud given the unique circumstances of this game.

Most of them live in Houston which is as bland as a cardboard pizza… must have rubbed off.

WTF are you bitching about? LSU actually looked like they had a nice amount of fans there. I was shocked considering we were 6-6 and had half our team and coaches missing on a late Tuesday night bowl game. I saw a video of a bunch of LSU fans cheering on Jontre after the loss while the band was playing the alma mater. What more do you want??

This is stupid. It’s hard to cheer when your team is getting dominated

I was there. Honestly it was draining as the D couldn’t get a stop on 3rd down. Their drives were long. And I don’t think they punted until the 4th quarter. Yes the fans pretty much gave up cheering by the end of the 1st half.

The band was drowned out by the damn piped in music. Could hardly hear them.

Not sure where you were. When Jaray caught that TD pass from Kirklin, it was loud; there was plenty of cheering. Were you passed out?

I went, we had more fans than KSU despite zero enthusiasm for the game. Fans were pretty loud in the first quarter but the D couldn’t get off the field and the crowd died. I do remember being pissed at the band when we finally stopped them on 3rd down and they didn’t play the song.
