LSU should be with A$M, Old Mist, and MSU.
Doubt that happens though.

If there are 3 permanents and Florida is not one of them for LSU I'm going to riot.

Nope. Bama is getting AU, Tenn and probably State

Maybe the worst prediction on your list.
LSU will get Ole Miss and aTm for sure. The third will likely be Florida.

I can almost guarantee UF won't be one of LSU"s permanents.
Neither school wants it.

LSU, A&M, State, Ole Miss
Texas, OU, Arkansas, Mizzou
Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Vanderbilt
Florida, Georgia, USCe, Kentucky

Those make sense...therefore they won't happen.

I hope we keep Bama. It’ll be exceedingly pleasurable in a few years when Saban retires and LSU has become a well oiled machine under Kelly.

No way Bama accepts LSU, AU, Tennessee as their permanents.

LSU will get two “power” programs. The carrot they are dangling the weaker programs in the sec is having a permanent schedule advantage.
LSU will either be A&M, Bama, OM or A&M, UF, and OM.

The beginning point for setting opponents is who does each team play on the final week of the season:
Alabama - Auburn
Arkansas - Missouri (currently)
Florida - FSU
Georgia - GT
Kentucky - Louisville
Ole Miss - MSU
Tenn - Vandy
South Carolina - Clemson
LSU - Texas A&M
Which leaves Texas and OU in the cold currently.
I could see Texas getting Arkansas and Oklahoma getting Missouri, which would ensure that LSU plays A&M on the final week. It could come to pass that Missouri re-ups with Kansas and OU continues to play Okie State, but I don’t think Okie state wants that.
Also means that Texas and Texas A&M will not play the final weekend, unless LSU were to get, say, Oklahoma and Arkansas - Missouri continues.
All that is to say that these matchups will endure. Very doubtful that lsu would get South Carolina.

Where were you guys a couple of months ago when Delly gave us the likely 3 permanent opponents for each team? There is a Tier 1 and a Tier 2. Every team in Tier 1 will get two permanent opponents from the top tier, and one opponent from the bottom tier.
Tennessee is considered bottom tier, and A&M is considered top tier. The rest are easy to figure out.
LSU draws Bama, A&M, and Ole Miss as its permanent opponents.

I don't see that.
I don't care what Delly says that TENN is tier 2. They don't think that they are tier 2 and historically they are not. Had a bad coaching run since Fulmer left but so did LSU with the last 2 years of Archer till Saban got here in 2000.
If Bama gets Auburn/TENN, who they will get. I don't see LSU. And with Auburn/TENN, they will not get Vandy, Miss. State makes more sense.

Exactly...in no world will Bama accept LSU, AU, and Tennessee as permanents.

The Gators will already have Georgia and Tennessee, they will give them Kentucky or South Carolina, not LSU.

Solid post. You’re getting to the really difficult part about scheduling.
The obvious solution would be to move OU-Texas to rivalry weekend but they’ve been playing that game in October for nearly 100 years, so they may not agree with that. There are other answers though.
1. LSU - Arkansas
Mizzou - OU
Texas - Texas A&M
(Only works if OU and Okie State discontinue their rivalry weekend game, and Mizzou fans might not like this solution).
2. Arkansas - Mizzou
Texas - Texas A&M
OU - Okie State
LSU - TBD (non-conf)
(Works for everyone but likely leaves LSU playing a cupcake as the last game, which LSU won’t like.)
3. Arkansas - LSU
Mizzou - Kansas
Texas - Texas A&M
OU - Okie State
(Probably the cleanest solution but relies on OU and Okie State to continue playing as well as Mizzou and Kansas renewing the “Border War” game in football.)

I’m ok with this. Actually, I love this.

There's no way South Carolina supercedes Florida as a permanent SEC opponent for LSU.
How about this?
LSU permanent opponents:
Arkansas
Florida
A&M
Texas A&M:
S. Carolina
Texas
LSU
