Obviously but I can't see it getting played if they can't do it in Houston. This is being put on by the people with the Texas Bowl. I don't think BYU would agree to come to Baton Rouge and I am pretty damn sure we wouldn't go to Provo. IMO its Houston or bust.

This isn't rocket science or Les Miles' offense...HAVE A @@@@ING PLAN B!!!!!!!!

Houston football has moved out of town, the Texans have rescheduled their Thursday night game to Dallas...

the most sensible alternative to my mind is Dallas on Monday night (Labor Day)...

secondary, Superdome on Saturday night or Labor Day...

I personally feel like this makes the most sense.

the good news is there should be plenty of options. worst case scenario is play the thing in provo. but make sure it gets played.

Just cause you don't know wtf is going on behind the scenes doesn't mean that LSU doesn't have a plan. So sit back, STFU & wait like the rest of us

Is TS not an option? I know you'd have to make sure the storm doesn't shift our way, but LSU should be mobilizing to get it ready in the event that it can be played there

Good thing they read this board or they wouldn't know what to do.

Sarcasm - Maybe Alleva can hop on the phone with Florida's AD and make this a home game for us in Gainseville

The only people that know what the options are, at this point, are in the LSU Athletic Department, and they're not saying anything. I think they'll see what the storm does this weekend, and let everyone know Monday or Tuesday.

Damn, I had a great weekend planned too. Nice hotel, great company, and hopefully a Tiger win in H town.

Oh well, hope everyone is safe.

I am in for Superdome that way it is still somewhat "neutral", Tiger Stadium not a bad plan C.

Fear not. I know that our literal 2 minute drill has actually been practiced under O. I am guessing he whipped the figurative 2 minute drill into shape as well.

Why would you say this? Obviously, playing in Provo isn't ideal, but it is infinitely better than cancelling the game. We don't need another season with a lost game!

"Incredibly disorganized"? How can you make such a ridiculous conclusion? Take an aspirin.

LSU Fans: "We need a statement NOW!"

LSU issues statement before storm even makes landfall.

LSU Fans: "LSU is incredibly disorganized."
