If you consider lsu a top program, you have to act as such. You don’t rush the field after beating ole miss. Honestly that’s something lesser schools do after beating bigger schools. LSU shouldn’t be rushing the field at all if we consider ourselves one of the top brands.

Most of the time, it not just students. There’s grown men and women rushing the field also.

I only graduated 3 years ago, but it really feels like the kids in college now just don't understand this. It's similar to how they're constantly doing the Neck chant. It's only fun if you do it for truly special moments. 2022 vs Alabama and 2018 vs Georgia felt like reasonable times to storm the field because of the magnitude of the wins, 2022 vs Ole Miss certainly did not.

Yes, it would be. Just implies that LSU won a game they were heavy underdogs. They are not heavy underdogs but just taking care of business. Needless, costly, embarrassing copycat BS.

Well, mine turned 18 today. But I actually use real time, in person embarrassment to parent. Hes way too big to put over my knee now so I just wait until he has some friends around and say/do whatever I threatened when he didn’t listen to me. Very effective corrective action.
