They wont. Only a couple who have participated in a summer mini camp. I doubt a real professional would give up a career to come back to college.

Lazy would be assuming this would open some sort of Pandora’s box instead of knowing and acknowledging why this is a one-time situation we’ll never see again.

This is the biggest pile of BS I have ever seen! There are players in their 6th, 7th some 8th year of eligibility and they are worried about a 21 yr old who got cut from training camp. I don't think Kiffen is going to jeapordize his team and his season over this but he damn sure can push the envelope until he can't any more.

None of these players have played in an NFL regular season game or made an NFL roster.

If you’re implying that I think it will lead to the normalcy of pro players returning, I don’t.

My concern is that these guys have been getting reps against NFL players. The disparity is too much.

At this point, not many people with common sense are supporting playing these players. The benefit does not outweigh the consequences. It's over. move on.

So Kiffin and Verge don’t have common sense? You know more than them?

Meh, for like a few weeks. Probably against other backups.

In a vacuum I completely agree that the whole thing is absurd. This is just not fair to these particular players IMO.

To your other point that if this was Bama. Would I care as much? No. But I’d still hold the same stance that it’s not fair to them the NCAA pulled the rug from under their feet.

They aren't ex pro players

They didn't play a single second in an NFL game

NewsFlash - They're ALL pro players. But I am in favor of banning 6th and 7th year players.
