Phillip Wright could be this teams deep ball threat

A receiver who can beat somebody deep is the only thing I saw missing from the first team offense. Wright seems to have the size and explosiveness to play that part

Kid looks like Jaylen waddle lite. I think he will have a big game against LA tech

3-star WR from Destrehan is hard to bet against

I think... (HOPE)..... that they have a plan and this week, we will work on down field passing, and come Ole Miss week, they are going to go off.

In practice, not vs LaTech. No need to put anything on tape. Ole Miss secondary looked pretty bad last night.

LK alluded to this in his conference. Said he would watch film and late in games see new players in and doing awesome, to learn they were a 3 star back from Louisiana. Said 3 stars are just different in La.
What an amazing comment from a coach.

We've been hearing about Jackson Harris all offseason. Don't be so quick to write him off as your downfield guy.

People were on that dude before he committed to LSU. He must’ve been fantastic in high school.

He also made a really nice catch on a deep ball near the sideline.
A play other WRs weren’t making Saturday night

To be fair, that one deep ball thrown to Jackson Harris was under thrown by about a foot. The DB also made a great play. Clemson may have really sucked as a team, but they have great corners.

dude has got some absolute thrusters

Pretty sure every WR on the 2025 roster is gone. Every except Phillip Wright. There seems to be a reason for that

Tre Wilson has a long history of just catching balls near the LOS.

Absolutely

That’s not his strength and he’s less than 6’.
He’s a quick twitch guy best in space.

He can.. just lacks the size to do it consistently

I love me some Jackson Harris. This is no shot at him. It’s just I notice Wright has an extra burst and gear that’s others don’t quite have from what I see

He legitimately looked obj esque
