Money talks but they way he speaks about this place and the wisdom he gets from Skip is priceless. But I feel every coach says that. Is it genuine or coach speak?

I’m at 20% he entertains it at least

It would have happened by now if it was going to happen. Texas appears to be waiting on a coach whose team is still playing.

Texas from all accounts has already moved on from Jay and Schloss.

1%. Unless he only cares about his salary there is little that Texas can offer him that LSU can't or won't.

0%. The only people who have given this any credibility up to thing point is just trying to get clicks. Not only single credible source has said that they think Jay would leave for Texas.

I'm not saying he would never leave, but the timing doesn't make sense at all imo.

Thank you. I always thought it was strange to throw that out there. It was always for clicks.

I do not care one way or the other even though I like Jay alot as HC.

I am at the point now nothing will surpise me and if he leaves LSU baseball will find a replacement.

He ain't leaving, but I don't think I've ever heard one of the highest paid coaches in any sports say "this place sucks and I hate it here"

Never say never. Saban was never going anywhere and then...
I guess 100 million would change his mind for sure
In the real world the man has had nothing but good things to say about his position at LSU and his satisfaction with coaching. So I agree with the other post here. He is not leaving his dream job for Texas. Just not going to happen. Just like BK will retire from coaching as a Tiger.
