Are you team Queen, or team Fehoko?

This is so interesting seeing two actual former players have a debate about the program

It's weird to me that people talk about O like his last 2 years didn't happen. I get being loyal to your coach but the fact that LSU was so terrible in '20-'21 just indicates to me that O just caught lightening in a bottle. I mean, build him a statue for '19 if you'd like but never forget that he took a match to the LSU program once he got what he came for

Queen does have him there. Fehoko talks about Orgeron transforming the offense from Shaw to Brees but O is the only LSU coach he ever played for.

On his way out, O says he has no idea what he's doing or how to fix it, yet now we have people throwing him bouquets.

I wouldn't call this a serious beef, but I agree on the 2018 sentiment from Fehoko, but like he said, O saw the issue and fixed it with the Brady hire.

As for Queen saying 2018 should have been a CFP appearance, I would say that teams ceiling was 10-2. The A&M loss was a freak occurrence. We were up in the 4th quarter on Florida before the defense both of these guys were a part of gave up a lead and Burrow threw a really bad pick 6 that sealed it, but Florida was the better team.

By the way, HUGE Patrick Queen fan so I give him all the slack in the world.

I’d side with Fehoko if 2020 and 2021 didn’t happen

I mean you are saying people are acting like his last two years didn’t happen while totally discounting 2018 and 2019. It goes both ways

I don’t think 2019 happens without 2018 in fairness. A&M left that team salty, and Burrow ascended immediately after that cheap shot from the UCF guy. Oh, and da Joe Brady offense.

he saw the issues in 2016
hired canada
saw the issues in 2017
hired Ensminger
Saw the issues in 2018
hired Brady who left after 2019
Hired Ensminger
saw the issues in 2020
hired Paetz

O was sorta swinging wildly. he just knew what we knew: the offense stunk

Then his DC hires weeenPellini and Jones and he maybe meddles a little too
much with the “pressure with 4 attacking defense” which is great if you can get pressure with 4

which we couldn’t
