Path to a playoff

If LSU wins Saturday in Kentucky at night, I think we’ll be good enough to hold serve against State (home game, likely double digit favorite), Auburn (arse, horrific offense), Arkansas (major arse), and Tennessee (arse, horrific offense).
And then it’s just winning one of Texas and/or Bama at home to make the playoff.

Split Texas and bama win the rest.
It’s simple equation and doable.

Coming into the season, I think the consensus was that we needed to at least split Ole Miss/aTm and Texas/Bama. Better than that was lagniappe.

No they’ll win both Bama and Texas.

If that happens the only question will be if it’s enough for a first round bye? Or if we split those… will our record be strong enough for a home playoff game.
