I did not like him the first two years of Game Day. However, like fungus, he grew on me. I enjoy him now.

I was not trying to imply that he would’ve played quarterback in college.

I would be curious what story that was because he was being recruited to play DB. He was listed as an Athlete but the consensus was him playing DB the question was whether it was going to be CB or Safety.

I had a few classes with him. If my brain is working correctly, he had tats like his skin was cut open and he was a terminator.

Can't remember which receiver it was, but there's a story from '05 or '06 about one of our highly recruited young receivers in spring ball that came over the middle to catch a pass and Laron laid him out...then while on the ground Laron told him if he ever caught a ball on him in practice over the middle again he'd kill him.

I still remember walking to the basketball courts at the rec and you walk down that hallway with all the glass looking into the weight room, and i'm walking and see some guy doing some back exercises with his back to the glass and i just remember saying to myself "who the frick is this guy"? You could see all the fibers of muscle in this back, as he was wearing some cutoff shirt that covered hardly anything.
The guy finished his set and then i saw his face and realized it was Laron.
I might have peed a little out of fear.
