But Gilbert, Olujari etc are a different animal. Especially if more are on the way as rumored. Nobody would believe that’s COVID related. A Baton Rouge jury in a contract dispute trial sure wouldn’t.

If LSU gets below 65 scholarships, good lawyers could probably at least make it a plausible enough threat to get the buyout into single digits.

I’m assuming x-wife has something to do with it and that makes it okay? ...picture should have never been taken in the first place, it was an irresponsible mistake by O. A mistake someone in his position cannot make.

Picture on the beach or at dinner is one thing...picture naked in bed (even if it’s with your wife) is a completely different animal for a highly public figure

HOW did Coach O lose the team? We were 128/130 of returning players, before Chase opted out. We’re playing true freshman QB with a bad D. What was to be expected? Deculus will be the only guy on offense from last year on the field. Obviously the D is a major issue. So fire him then.

The issue seems to be more than just how we’ve played. We weren’t going to come anywhere close to last year. Most consider last year the best in college history. So what did he do? Im not as locked in to college football this year so perhaps I’ve missed things, but the issues, unless Title IX, are fixable. If there was any Coach that knew about sexual assault and didn’t do anything-can them. Period. But if not Title IX, is it just about the product on the field? I just don’t see how Coach O lost the locker room.

You damn right. He fell on that sword real quick and was gone. I said right there that he was the fall guy. His wife and family had no problem with the scandal which told me that he was procuring hookers for recruits.

Contrast that with Petrino's wife at Arky. She left immediately. Rumor was that she went to Oxford, MS because she wanted to get as far away from college football as possible!
