eta its awesome to get more to add to the stories from people who were actually there.

I've covered the streaker before. He was a new PhD student at LSU from the far North East US. His first game in TS and a new buddy of his convinced him 'it would be fun' if they both did it and tricked him into running out solo.

All is well now. With some stern warnings from Moreau and LSU plus probation, he went on to get that PhD and resides in BR with wife and kids.

2007-Florida

After LSU students found Tebow's number before the game and left hundreds of messages, Tebow ran in a TD, ran to the student section, mimicked a cell phone with his hand and told the students to call him. LSU had the last laugh. Tebow dialed up three touchdowns but LSU won 28-24.

who was kicker vs the band for LSU vs AU. was that here or Jordan Hare? damn my memory.

Damon Duval was Auburn's kicker.

Game was postponed until December 1, 2001 because of the 9/11 attacks. This was the game that Auburn was penalized 15 yards for stomping on the Eye of the Tiger before the game started.

This one was truly epic. A packed house, the refs taking about 30 years to decide whose ball it was, the LSU players pointing to the video screens and clear evidence that it was LSU's ball...and then here come these two dudes with hard hats on and golden shakers under their hard hats and nobody is really noticing or stopping them because they're trying to figure out what's what...and then BAM! It was hilarious. I wouldn't normally condone that, but even Saban said on his show that he should probably thank the streakers because he said it woke the crowd up after the long delay and that fired the team up as they went on to win and end the drought against Bama at home.

2004 Streaker during the Great Monsoon of 2004 against Oregon State. Best part was when the cops were walking him off the field in cuffs, a woman cop ran over to hand him some clothing... she placed a hat on his head. Choupique19

I was at both of these games. The bama mooning incident was hilarious because they actually slapped their asses as the turned back and forth toward the fans.

I didn't think they mooned the Bama sidelines.

I thought they mooned the south end (where the Bama fans were) and ran back toward the north end zone.

GOT to be an ol' timer here that would remember this (if it really happened), but my dad swears up and down that in the late 50's (he was there 58 - 61), when Ole Miss would play in Baton Rouge, that every year, Ole Miss would run around the entire stadium with a Rebel flag. When it got in front of the student section, frat stars of 50's would jump out of the student section, and commence to fighting the cheerleaders for that flag.

I don't think I've ever seen it mentioned here, and I can't confirm it actually happened, but if an ol' timer actually saw it, please verify.

Not really an outrageous moment, but 1999 Floriday game was another of those monsoon games. The guy in the Mike the Tiger outfit had an inflatable alligator, and body surfing across the endzone on top of it. Florida was killing us, so the student section was cheering on Mike the whole time.

I'll be honest and admit that I was not present for this game, I was at a wedding , but I have heard the story retold many times. I trust you if you say he mooned the fans and not the sidelines.

However, that was pretty much the first ever "video review" of a play. One of the refs later admitted to watching the replay on the jumbotron, of which the guy who was in charge of that kept showing over, and over, and over.

The Cigar game was 1999 and the onside kick was 2001...the same game as the Duval/band member skirmish and the stomping on the eye.

ok, so i'm a bit confused.

- 1999 cigar stomping
- 2001 onside kick..and kicker vs band?
- which game did the kicker miss 5 field goals?

are these 3 separate games?
