Agree, the only reason I didn't complete my LSU degree was that I got married and moved out of state. I did complete that degree at the University of Louisville, but trust me I'm from Baton Rouge and love my LSU Tigers and always will.

I have a degree from Centenary and one from LSU. Centenary beat LSU at football in 1932. I now root for LSU.

Sure, root for LSU if you want to, but it's pretty weird to be such a huge fan of a school you never went to.
LSU gave me some of the greatest memories of my life. I feel bad for those of you that didn't get to experience it.

I have 2 degrees from LSU, and I'm a lifelong fan. But friends and family that didnt go to/graduate from LSU are huge fans, too. I wouldnt tell em they aren't real fans because some of them are season ticket holders and give me tickets.

Well... my undergrad is from Tech, Masters from Loyola, and my doctorate from LSU... so I can cheer for whoever I damn well please.

Its apples to oranges. LSU is Power 5 Football. Louisiana Technical is well I'm not really sure. Point is we should all root for both to do well, but under no circumstance should anybody on this green Earth root for Louisiana Technical to defeat LSU. That is asinine and preposterous.

I went to NLU cuz it saved me a ton of money (full scholarship), my dad went to LaTech, but we are both big LSU fans through all of it. Never went to an NLU football game when I attended. That being said, Wreck Tech!

La Tech graduate here. Class of 1993. Also La.Tech athlete, baseball 1989-1992. LSU Tiger fan since birth. Make no apologies for playing ball at LT. Make no apologies for pulling for the Tigers this week. Geaux Tigers!!!
