The obvious irony of course is that LSU culture is the country’s best hospitality culture. We want you to enjoy yourself. We get you with free food and drink. We invite you to partake with a great sincerity.
Now if you are going to have a game in New Orleans and pin every Louisiana bottom dweller’s bad behavior on LSU well I can’t help you. That’s a bit like going to a USC game and saying USC fans are rude because you got jacked in Compton.
Regardless, they are petrified of us. Which is good. After the game their hatred of all things LSU will be so ingrained in their memories that they will have convulsions if they even see an LSU highlight.
And fwiw, I was in Nola and at that game. OU fans were boring, humorless and entitled . My impression was that they were outraged that we were having fun.

I was there, every word of what they say is true. The NOPD helped me carry a 55 gal drum of pee into the dome. They than held down the OU band and cheer leaders for me to spray the pee on them. If anyone resisted they were arrested and beaten

I was there in 2003. OU fans were the most arrogant unfriendly stuck up shite heads I have ever seen. Go find what they said after Florida kicked their arse. They said the exact same thing. They like the Alabama fans because they remember how benign they were when they kicked Bama arse in home and home during the Shula era.

Been to Norman,Ok. Those fans have no room to talk about any other fanbase. For a very diverse university culturally........they're one of the more racist that I have seen.

I got in a fight with about 12 bouncers from the Red Rhino the night before. NOLA was obnoxious as hell that weekend but it did not discriminate to just OU fans.

They are biggest bunch of pussified assholes I have ever dealt with. I bought a bunch of the Oklahoma National Champions Mardi Gras beads, (dirt cheap) and taunted them for years with them.
