I'll take it. As of a few days ago, we didn't have him at all.

Hopefully he brings energy and leadership to practice and pushes the team as best he can.

Then comes in and makes up for lost time.

Well, if we make it there, we'll need him big time.

Also, just for the record, I got like a bajillion downvotes in that thread by saying that VolTiger13 said this already. I didn't even claim to have a source and people riggittywrecked me

So the rumors were correct. We're having a championship season, and the grass police are trying their damnedest to make it as difficult as possible.

Because it's not what they wanted to hear. Make up a story that people want to believe, and they will love you. Doesn't matter if it's true or not.

VolTiger has been the only person on this board who I can say with certainty is absolutely legit.

A rule's a rule, so (if that rumor is true) Divinity is wrong for breaking it. But damn what a stupid rule. Multiple states have completely legalized weed and players are still being suspended and kicked off teams for it. The rule needs to be reevaluated soon.

Edited because I guess I've been on too much devil's lettuce myself

Well, another alternative to this would be just not smoking weed during the season. That would solve that issue. Whether it's stupid or not (and I am on the side of the fence that thinks it is), the kid knew what was next for him if he got tested again and he decided to smoke anyway. If that is, in fact, the reasoning for this suspension.

or a senior and alleged team leader couldn’t stay off the shite for a few more months knowing this would happen if he didn’t.

Just curious, it’s due to game suspensions right, obviously not physical preparation.
