Orgeron and his lack of respect for Steve Ensminger?

Has this ever been discussed? The national media fawned over Joe Brady and even called him the OC when it was Ensminger. But no one mentions how Ed kept calling it Joe Brady's offense and asked his advice as to who could run it. No mention of him consulting the real OC. Yes Brady brought the Saints passing schemes here and they fit in great but it was still E calling the plays and coaching the QB yet Brady got the praise. We know that E is real laid back and doesn't want any attention. But deep down you know he has to be a prideful man and felt disrespected.

If E ever gave a frick we’d know by now. E knew that this was his last stop. Brady was just starting his career. Who stood to benefit more from getting the credit?
E kept his mouth shut and helped make the kid a ton of money.

Ed O has been fired. Rest assured all of the Coach O complaints have been heard.
What do you want to happen? Want them to hire O back and fire him a second time?
Joe Brady made the difference in that offense, doesn't matter what Ensminger did.
Tell me what Ensminger had ever done as an OC before 2019? Nothing. The answer is nothing.
We get it, Ensminger "loves LSU" and you think he deserves special credit for that.

Pretty sure anything and everything has been discussed that is insult or rip on swamp king.
You crybabies still are whining like little girls a month after the guy has been let go.
For fricks sake, quit being such little bitches and move the F on.
Swamp king is good... he’s got 17mil, 2019 and sluts in destin.
We have a new coach now that y’all can get ready to rail on,.. granted he’s yet to coach a game, but it’s never too early for you idiots to gear up and do what you do best.

This is completely made up nonsense. Ed’s fired and hasn’t done anything recently, so you have to invent stuff that didn’t happen

Oh look, a bunch of speculation and opinions being presented as fact. Again.

Everytime I heard O talk about Ensminger it was always positive. He acknowledged he would have never gotten the job without Ensminger. I know piling on O is in season right now but not because of this

E doesn't care for all that.

And Coach O helped make Ensminger a bunch of money by making him the OC in 2018 despite him last being a failed OC at Auburn in 1998.

No one outside of this board discusses it, because people with a brain know that Joe Brady ran the offense. Ensminger has been a below average offensive coordinator at every stop throughout his career. Even the 2018 team with Burrow was very pedestrian and awful against decent defenses. Brady knew how to utilize talent and get people in positions to succeed. Brady won the Broyles award and was offered many other coaching opportunities and Ensminger was never thought about. The people paying millions knew what was going on. Unfortunately for Brady, he left for a team with zero talent and no QB. Urban Meyer proved that he couldn't win with a lack of talent in the NFL, but I wouldn't take Ensminger over him either. Ensminger was a "company hand", but was never a good coach. Brady is responsible for making the light turn on for Burrow and creating the absolute best offensive season that we have all witnessed. Merry Christmas

Still bad, still mediocre.

E is a class act. He never bad mouthed anyone he ever worked with that I have seen. Brady was his hand picked guy and he would have gladly let the kid get the glory because that is just who he his.
He would hate this thread, I would think.
He isn't a young man and there comes a time in most of our lives when we decide we prefer to remain in the shadows, doing our job well and letting others deal with the pressure and get the glory if they want it. The 0 f*&ks given stage of life. It is glorious.

Why do y’all keep pushing this narrative? I get that it’s a Louisiana good ole boy wet dream but ex players have come out and flat out said in interviews that Brady was calling the plays. Orgeron greatly exaggerated Ensminger’s contribution hence these threads acting like Ensminger was the mastermind, so I’m not sure what Ensminger has to be mad about.
It was also blatantly obvious when Ensminger would take over playcalling and our offense would look like 2018 for a series then we’d explode the next drive with creative playcalling. I mean you could fricking see Brady calling every play during the Texas game, on TV, wtf is wrong with y’all?

And no one mentions this because starting around the Heisman ceremony in 2019, Ed Orgeron went out of his way to call it “Steve Ensminger’s offense” every chance he got to discredit Brady and get morons like you believing it, and when it came down to it after Ensminger failed and he forgot that he tried to bullshite people into believing that Ensminger was running the show, he started calling it what it actually was: Joe Brady’s offense. We had 3 years of Ensminger (2018-2020) and 1 year of Brady (2019), which one of those stands out to you, and because Ensminger was apparently the mastermind, why did 2019 look so much better than 2018 and why didn’t the 2020 offense look remotely like the 2019 offense in scheme and playcalling?
“Ensminga’s offense” was yet another lie by Orgeron to justify the fact that Brady told him to frick off and left, and it justified his lazy good ole boy retention of Ensminger as OC in 2020. No clue how anyone is stupid enough to not see that

The “Joe Brady offense” quote from
o has been run into the ground here. o didn’t keep calling it that. Maybe 2-3 times publically at most. O has given ensminger plenty of credit.

Maybe you missed the part where O named Slinger his OC twice despite public opinion.
Maybe you missed the part where he gave all the credit to Slinger back in 19 and told everyone that Steve called the plays and Brady made 3rd down and RZ inside the 12 calls...
If O had any one friend on that staff it was Slinger and the feeling was reciprocated.

FIFY. Have always been a fan of Coach Ensminger and I wish people would just enjoy him for what he is, and that's a winner dedicated to football. 2019 is barely in the rear view mirror and I am thankful for his time that he put in and I don't think he really cares what others think. He was part of one of the best seasons in college football history at HIS HOMETOWN school. What could be better? Praise from Monday morning QB's? Nah.

Are you saying Orgeron showed similar respect as about 50% of the Ranters?
Ensminger was attacked every time his name was mentioned.
I don't remember Orgeron disrespecting him.
