Well McDonnell's season is done. One call is all it takes and w could hire him tomorrow and trot him out by 3pm. He's practically begging for the job. If it doesn't happen tomorrow then don't look for McDonnell to be in the mix.

If you look into Woodward’s major hiring history there’s always a lot of ‘smoke’ in all kinds of directions.

Sully was a fact. Why his team ranked. Godwin is still playing. I have to think he is thr hire which makes PERFECT sense. If Casey reached out, then you have to listen if he laid out a plan. Dude can coach better than all existing SEC coaches

I mean how many smokescreens do you have to throw out there so nobody picks up on the guy you want to hire is the guy are about to face in a super regional. I'd say they are going a good job

more conference titles than Van Horn has regular season conference and conference tourney titles combined. (no i’m not counting his lower division ones).
and the exact same number of national titles too.

Van Horn is coaching at his alma mater, a program that happens to be a top 3-5 job. He’s not going anywhere

It makes no sense to pressure Casey into a decision before the season is over for ECU, OM, and Vandy, particularly ECU and OM. Corbin is a pipe dream. Casey is still going to be there if everyone else turns us down. Seems like a considerable amount of bullshite from the media, and nothing coming out of an LSU side notorious for AD leaks.
