Trump won and they lost let the good times roll . As Jackie Gleason use to say let the good times roll

I don’t think that’s necessarily true. Definitely not for A&M. Two wins and they win the SEC and get an auto bid. They are also running out of teams to put into the field. Army lost so G5 is only getting one spot. Everyone in the B12 had 2 losses, so they’re also only getting one spot. The Big 10 will get 4, though Indiana is suspect. That’s 8 spots for the Big 10, 3 conference champs, and ND. That leaves 4 spots. There are only 3 SEC teams with 2 losses or less. I think there’s a good chance a 3-loss SEC team gets that last spot unless SMU or Clemson win the ACC. I don’t think they put a 2-loss SMU or Clemson in without winning the conference.

Well all LSU had to do is go 1-2 in that 3 game stretch

Bama will still find a way in, as always

None of them are out. If they all win their next game, I think 2 of 3 are in the CFP because SMU or Miami will lose as well as others.
If TAMU beats Texas, then beats UGA in SECG. 0 chance they are out. They would easily get 1st round home field in that scenario. However, 0 chance in hell TAMU wins both of those.

…Obviously, because they’d get an auto bid.

South Carolina is probably the wild card team nobody wants to play if they sneak into the playoff. If they win next week they deserve it more than any of the other 3 loss teams easily

It was very satisfying watching the world burn yesterday. Ole Miss, A&M, and bama? Oh hell yes. But if history has taught us anything it's that they are going to figure out a way to get bama in.

To be honest, it’s better for the SEC than 2-3 teams dominating the conference every year and making the playoffs. The SEC has never been this healthy in football in my lifetime.

A&M is in the SEC championship game if they beat Texas. They are still in it.

Sadly ours have been done two weeks ago, though always fun to watch bama lose.
