We just started the bottom of the 3rd before the delay, and game 2 will start 50 minutes after, so 2:00 sounds about right.

You are exaggerating. If its a 9 inning game, the 2nd game should start around 2:20-2:30

We have the 1st 2 team tiebreaker because it’s overall record. The second 2 team tiebreaker is head to head so if we’re tied in both then Aggie wins tiebreaker because they beat us 2of3
That's correct

If by correct you mean that’s incorrect then you’re correct.
Overall record has nothing to do with SEC tiebreaks.
The only thing that matters is head to head.

Boat, what are we going to do with these fools?

Gooooood morning, Tigers! Both of our games today will be on SEC Network +. We will resume at 11:00 a.m. where we left off in the bottom of the third, Ole Miss leading 4-2.

It’s been a clown show the last couple of days. Ole Miss won a 2.5 inning game and overall record breaks ties.

Getting ready to resume the BPB
Just thought I'd give a quick recap of last night. We had a Crews missile in the bottom of the 1st, but the Black Bears scored 4 in the top of the 2nd. That was the scoring, then Cranford led off the bottom of the 3rd, and took 2 strikes before the game was suspended.

Thanks Cheer.
To add to the recap, mcmANUS let a swinging strike 3 (3rd out) get by him that kept the black bears alive in the second. Then the ultimately scored 4 runs after that mistake. He followed it up with a backwards K at the plate. One of the more frustrating innings I’ve watched
Here’s to better catcher play today and tomorrow.

Ties will be broken in the following manner:
1. Two-Team Tie. The following procedure will be used in the following order until the tie is broken:
A. Won-lost results of head-to-head competition between the two tied teams.
B. If two-teams are divisional opponents:
(1) Won-lost percentage within their division (over the 18-game SEC division schedule).
(2) Won-lost percentage of the two teams versus the No. 1 team in their division (and proceeding through the No. 7 team, if necessary).
C. If two teams are not divisional opponents:
(1) Won-lost record of the two teams versus the No. 1 seed using common opponents only (and proceeding through the No. 12 seed, if necessary).
(2) Coin flip by the Commissioner
2. Three-Team Tie (or more). The following procedure will be used in the following order until the tie is broken: (Note: If the three tied teams have three different records against each other, they shall be seeded in best-percentage order.) Otherwise, once the tie has been reduced to two teams, the two-team tiebreaker procedure will be used.
A. If all three teams are common opponents: Total won-lost percentage of games played among the tied teams.
B. Won-lost percentage of the tied teams versus the No. 1 seed and proceeding through the No. 12 seed, if necessary, using common opponents only.
C. If three or more teams still are tied, the Commissioner will conduct a draw.
