I remember walking in the FQ and some OU morons were saying how trashy we were and how despicable the FQ is while they were walking with their young daughters (probably about 8 and 6) through the FQ on a Fri night. What idiots bring their young children to the FQ at night?

Hands down, they are the most dour, humorless, and dull fan base I've ever come across. They love to dish out crap, but they can't take it when you give it right back. As I said in another thread, by and large, they're not the kind of people you'd want to invite to your tailgate.

They only complain about us, the fans, when they lose.
I’m sure if they had won, they would be telling everyone about what a great time they had in New Orleans.
The fan/travel complaints always arrive three days after a loss to the Tigers. It’s like clockwork.

You been to Norman? We went in 2017 when Iowa State upset them as a 31 point dog. They were incredibly cool and very congratulatory after the game. Maybe it's because Iowa State usually sucks so they aren't a threat.

Those losers were terrified in 04. They just have no idea what a real passionate fan base looks like. I remember their band did pregame first. They sat on their hands and when it was over they gave a gentle golf clap. Tiger Band steps on the field and the Dome erupts! The OU fans nearly shite themselves before the coin toss.

The easiest way to describe it is that LSU fans are an amplifier. You come in with a good attitude and you will have a blast. If you come in with a bad attitude, LSU fans will make sure you leave miserable.

That was true I was there as well. Oklahoma fans in all fairness were extremely arrogant which lead to a lot of altercations.

So from what I have gathered about this game over the years, I wasn’t there but I’ve talked to plenty of people that were there and there has been plenty of threads on it over the years.
Basically OU fans treated it like a vacation and not a road game. They assumed victory as they basically won everyone game since 2000.
LSU fans treated it like it was Mardi Gras.
Ou fan roll in doing their Boomer Sooner and beating their chest. Not expecting to hear tiger bait every where they walked.
Oklahoma is very country baptist, not the type to cut it up in New Orleans on a family vacation. Nice people but humorless.

After the game many walked around with home made card board signs with a 5 or 6 NC’s” around their neck. I forget the number of nc’s. Arrogance even after loss.
