I just hope our fans show up, are loud, and stay the whole game. I will be there.

They have the 76th ranked rushing offense in the country
______________

How many did they have against Bama last Saturday?

I love when the other team gets to count their game but we don’t.

I think any time a team is one dimensional, that is a negative and it opens up the ability for the right scheme to shut them down or at least attenuate that one strength. The question is do we have the right personnell to take advantage of that.

To answer your question no we don’t.
A&M threw 2 passes the second half against us and scored 34 pts. Bama basically did the same.

I'm hoping you were just in hibernation this past weekend.

OU finally went with the young RB and he had a breakout game. You can’t compare their stats with their other guys

They found their Cade and Arnold has confidence. This will be a dogfight

Didn’t Oklahoma beat Tulane this year?

I think what trips a lot of people up is the alabama score. We played them close but couldn't finish our scores or stop the third down conversions. They just kept executing at just the right times and us vice versa. It was frustrating to watch but we can beat Oklahoma if we win those key plays that we failed against bama.

We’ll see how they handle Tiger stadium. You know since they have never been before.

OU is coming off a massive emotional win, and has to go on the road.

They'll be emotionally flat, which should help us bigly.

They sucked enough to beat Bama 24-3. How did we do against Bama? When is the last time we held Bama to 3 points?

Not saying we can't beat them because I know we can, but Bama was supposed to easily beat them too.

That's fair but even average LSU teams of the past win that game by 25 points

Tuck Fulane and USL would lose to every team in the SEC by 30, and LSU would embarrass them .

Yes. I'll be very surprised if this team beats OU. It's a terrible matchup for us. Their defense is too good for "move between the 20s, have terrible redzone offense, go for it on 4th down and not convert because the redzone offense is terrible" to work, and the only thing they're okay at offense, inside zone read, is our defensive achilles heel. Which is wild because that is probably the easiest thing in modern college football to stop, but here we are...

Well, if the ref's don't make a terrible call on their TD, It would have been 24 - 10 with a lot of time left. Would Alabama have won with that TD? Probably not, but I think they make it a game and probably lose 24 - 17.

Milroe for whatever reason game Oklahoma two easy TD's.

Does that mean LSU will win? No, but I think it will be like the Vandy game.

No teams play the same every week. They might play a little better, a lot better, a little worse, or a lot worse. I think Oklahoma plays a lot worse this Saturday, but we shall see.

I just hope whoever has the QB doesn't "read" and just attacks the QB on every read option. Let the other guys worry about the RB.

In 11 games, OU has started 9 different OL combinations. This week should be the same as last, although they get Mike Tarquin back, who is better than Spencer Brown.

The answers to two questions will dictate whether OU wins this game:

1) will the OC stick to the plan, or panic if things don’t follow the script right away?

2) which Arnold shows up?

I expect OU to have a similar stat line as they did against Bama last week, although the potential is there for an increase in rushing production.

OU 27
LSU 17
