Tremendous upside. He should at least add depth and just may be a high-draft-pick caliber corner.

He was projected by some as a high draft pick last year if he performed as expected, but he didn't, and injuries also didn't help...... the writing on the wall was there this year as OSU has an insanely loaded DB room and he was down in the pecking order. Not a bad pickup though if he stays healthy.

As a young player, he seemed reasonably good. Last year didn't look good at all when he played. Could have been injuries. Also, could have been coaching -- there was none. Kerry Combs as defensive coordinator was a complete bust and his mid-season replacement only a little better.
QB C J Stroud has commented this year that he feels more challenged because he is seeing more than vanilla looks from the defense. Looks like former Oklahoma State defensive coordinator is helping OSU a lot.
