I don’t care where it is, he’s leading the NATION in rushing.

I’d say that’s pretty good. Just curious cause he’s from our backyard.

Nate Sheppard question

Posted by TexasTiger88 on 10/3/26 at 6:37 pm

Did we recruit him? Currently leading all of college football in rushing.

Had over 1K yards as a freshman at Duke.

What’s the story with this kid?

Both Moses boys have been pretty underwhelming at the college level.

How do we know about Keylan if he hasn't even gotten to play yet?

Keylan Moses Question

Posted by TexasTiger88 on 9/27/26 at 8:42 pm

Why the loses of Weeks and Ross I know Dottery and Keys are starting but do we think little Moses will get any playing time?

I'm still salty that Dylan chose Bama over us even though he peaked in college.

Maybe we can get some of that Moses spark at some point!

He pushed off.

As if it wasn't hard enough to play CB.....

A 4M investment that is hard to bench.

Clark has definitely looked better throwing the ball but it's been in garbage time against Clemson and LA Tech.

I trust Lane because of his history of developing QBs and such but boy Leavitt has looked rusty and spooked from the go.

It's a long season but hopefully we will see much better mechanics and a passing offense moving forward.

Mensah question

Posted by TexasTiger88 on 9/20/26 at 9:34 am

What was the story around Mensah going to Miami?

If I remember correctly, he had a no contract tag when he entered the portal.

Did LSU even entertain this guy or make an attempt?

He did have a tie to Louisiana via Tulane.

I thought I saw something where we were persusing PJ Haggerty pretty hard.

Would he not be included on this list?

No you were told they own LSU in basketball and football

So LSU winning 6 of the last 8 against UT in football is getting owned? Weird doesn't seem like owning to me.

Congrats on all the wins in the 40s, 50s and 60s I guess......

Now if LSU brings tPear home and makes Spears the #1 priority; I think LSU can beat out the instate TX schools that are currently in the lead.

A 2027 class with 3 Top 50 players would be awesome and isn't that much of a stretch.

#6 Marcus Spears Jr.
#31 Ahmad Hudson
#42 TJ Jamison (PG from Calvary Baptist)

Good info Kama!

Any other top 100 guys we should be paying attention to that has LSU ties?

Marcus Spears Jr question

Posted by TexasTiger88 on 3/25/26 at 2:02 pm

Let's just for the purposes of this thread, assume that the Pear comes home.

What are our chances if any to land this young fella?

Obviously, his dad was one of the Tiger greats to come through Red Stick.

I feel like that's gotta help a little.

Maybe I'm wrong, but one can dream.

Evans goes 8 2/3
3 hits
15Ks career high (13 of those 15 were swinging strike 3)
1 walk late in the game
110 pitches (76 of those for strikes)
gave up 1 run unearned
pitch 110 of the game as 96 MPH

Is that good?
