More turnovers than TDs as a 5th year senior isnt acceptable. You guys are yelling and screaming its all Sloan, but eventually Nuss needs to be held accountable. We ran for 160 yards last night, and should have been over 200 so the run game excuse doesn't work for this game.

He's right you know.

What exactly would you suggest us as fans to do about it?

Brian Kelly controls the OC position. Will he address that

So we get a good OC, offense improves but Baker leaves and D takes a step back?

Once again, stop blaming everyone but Nuss. Everything after "Nuss is bad" is all excuses for his results.

Lmao so no one gets any blame except for Nuss? What a dumb fricking thing to say.

WRs had 3 dropped passes, and while the Hilton drop was egregious, it didnt account for the 40% of passes not completed.

Are you under the impression that quarterbacks are supposed to complete 100% of their passes?

Ill say it again. We dont need Joe Burrow, or Jayden Daniel's out there to win a Natty this year. We need a QB who makes smart decisions and isnt throwing into double or triple coverage.

We need a lot of things.

No he didn’t. While me have thrown the ball a little better, he still makes terrible, potentially catastrophic decisions.

I haven’t rewatched so I might be misremembering but how many potentially catastrophic decisions did he make last night

Yep.... rewatching the game right. He's missing wide open receivers, some of them 8 or 9 yards downfield. He looks nervous and jittery on a majority of plays and throws off of his back foot a lot. Kelley's downfall will come due to his inability to recognize a problem and correct it without hesitating.

People here almost wishcasting Baker leaving this offseason is hilarious. He’s the highest paid DC in college football and he’s never going to have a bad defense here. He’s going to get offers this offseason, but why would he leave for a G5 or a low-level P4 job that’s open for good reason?

Baker is in a position to be able to do what Dan Lanning did and wait for the right opportunity. That or he could be in position to take this job at some point. I doubt he squanders what he has to take over a program like Baylor, UCLA, VA Tech or Kentucky (assuming they can buy Stoops out). None of those are easy places to win today

You don’t remember the misread RPO and pick at the 1 yard line to just start with the most obvious one.

The QB play has been atrocious & half the board willingly has a blind spot to it. I’ve seen bad QB as an LSU fan & man Nuss is up there on the list tbh.

I remember that. I’m asking how many beside that one.

The pick in the first half wasn’t a bad read. It was poorly thrown. Parker had space if Nuss hadn’t sailed the ball a mile over his head. People blamed the OL, but all Nuss had to do was slide to the right and step in. He had time and enough of a pocket to do that.

The throw to Durham on the sideline was zipped and caught, but there were two defenders right there. It wasn’t a great decision either.

No clue and a bit off point

We do not need to sit nuss now. That’s what I’m talking about

This team with or without Nuss is eh….. good but not championship caliber. They just aren’t compared to what I’ve seen ranked above us- ole miss excepted. They’re not worthy of their high ranking.

Nonetheless. We’re playing now for a playoff spot but does any of us expect a championship with this team? I don’t.

So what’s the point of sitting nuss ?

This is the truth. The turnover to touchdown ratio is atrocious and no team can be a serious contender with that type of QB leading their offense.

idiot, this isn't a Madden game. Nuss has been average and could do better but half of his passes get dropped, WRs don't know where to line up, WRs don't get position, etc. Thank God Parker and Green are starting to get more comfortable now.

Two choices. Either
1 - Stop making excuses for this God awful quarterback we keep trotting out on the field. He’s not hurt. It’s not the OC. It’s not the Oline. It’s not the WR’s. It’s not the run game. Yes we have an average HC, but he’s not making the wrong reads or throwing passes like he’s blind and re+arded. Or you can
2 - Shut the frick up. You don’t know what you’re watching on Saturdays. You say you’re watching football, in reality you’re watching teenage kids run around with costumes on. And you hope one of the guys in gold & white gets passed that line at the end of the field. You’re as clueless as the whore in your house who’s not paying attention to the television at all. And, you know it. But the rant is where uneducated unathletic racists gather to, idk, comfortably type the most ignorant shite they can think of I guess.
But yes. That’s what you all can do.
