The play calls on 1st and 2nd down were bad bad. Lane outsmarted himself. Two Leavitt keepers when your line is getting push? One first down ends the game.

Now, Kiffin might go for it on every 4th down, regardless of the distance. He just needed something to justify. Now, he has it. Baker is his DC and will not stop a team on their last possession to win a game.
Baker doesn't have the heart, guts, balls, etc to be a DC. Let him supervise the equipment managers the rest of his contract because I don't want to give that trash millions, by firing him.
