This is the same thing I’ve been saying. When he comes in with fresh legs in the second half he shines. Why the hell would the coaches mess with that.

Clyde is the best we have (for now). I do agree that next year things will most likely be different.
Correct. Clyde will be in the NFL next year. No doubt about that.(barring injury). The only thing Clyde lacks is top end speed. Other than that, He’s everything you look for in a back especially in this type of offensive scheme. He will make a 53 man roster.

CEH is breaking defenders ankles and this is how much you appreciate him? LSU has always had multiple backs contribute . I like Price and Emory , but CEH is money!

Stahp underating CEH.

ETA: I hope he comes back next year. His experience will really help a new QB.

I do think we should see him more often earlier. But, that's only so we can:
A) see him in game on the line, 1st team offense (w/more carries)
B) so we can have CEH later into the game. I'd like to see CEH get the benefit of a broken defense that has gone 3 qtrs of trying to decode this offense.

So no, CEH #1. Maybe a few more carries, just spread out over 4 qtrs for TDP.

CEH is one of the most underrated players in the SEC. He has been perfect for this scheme. He does nothing but work his butt off. Joe trust him, the OL trust him. That’s all that needs to be known.

Isn’t Clyde either the, or close to the top rusher in the sec?

ETA
He’s 7th amongst all rushers. He’s also 2nd only to swift in ypc for RB’s

SEC Sports official statistics.

CEH has incredible shiftyness that is great at getting tough yards early when the defense is aggressive.

DP is the sledgehammer who comes in fresh in the second half and punishes a tired defense.

No, Clyde is great in blitz pick up. Playing RB is more than just when you have the football in your hands

Keep them both fresh, and keep rolling along.

Still would like to see a designed chip/pass to Emery in the flat where he can use his ATH ability and get YAC.

Pos group as a whole has performed very well this season, and is very promising for the out years.
