NOLA radio was full of sidewalk fans yesterday bashing the entire program....

and Bobby fricking Hebert had to chime in and say Les wasn't a disciplinarian type coach. People were calling in wanting Les to be fired. Some thought "Tyrone Mathews" had been given too many chances. Others thought this was a glimpse into the type of thug program we run and one guy used bringing in a guy like Zach "Mustenberger" an an example. I then realized its probably time for me to shut it down till 9/1. No more radio, no more rant.... just be done with it. See y'all in a few weeks.

Sometimes I think there should be an LSU degree requirement to qualify as a fan. Or at least score above 90 on an IQ test.

870 is the WORST. Bobby needs to jump off da CCC. New Orleans is and will always be Saints first. I listened to WWL for about two minutes last night and changed it.

Well, he would know since his son had a DUI and still got to play for Les. He really just needs to shut the frick up. I'm not quite sure how he stays employed on a radio station that reaches 40 some odd states.

BS. TM was suspended last year for the same thing. What was Les suppose to do to keep him from using recreational drugs. That is TM's responsibility. Bobby Hebert is an idiot.

This. WWL loves to jump on Miles arse. Bobby and Deke get really negative on LSU when things go wrong and act like its the end of the program. Also, I feel like NOLA has only recently come to embrace LSU and even then it's a begrudging acceptance.

That's because WWL doesn't represent the views of the entire city. There are just as many LSU fans in the NOLA metro area, if not more, than anywhere else, including Baton Rouge.

to me new orleans is a strange community. they get their own ideas and run with them regarless of reality. i lived there so i have some basis for what i say. tyrann was one of their own and bobby hebert has an axe to grind so an anti-lsu rant from some down there is expected. the tulaners eat it up and stoke the fire.

There are thousands of LSU fans and alumni in N.O. Of course you gonna get the non-fans who moved to N.O. from other parts of the country. Believe me, N.O. is pro LSU.
