No wonder many elite coaches don’t want to coach at LSU

6 games in and the man’s scheme, coaching hires, QB choice, record at Notre Dame - everything is at question.

These are absolutely unreasonable expectations for where we ended year. Nobody can fix LSU football in 6 games. Not even at 10 million a year!

LSU is going to be just fine under Kelly. People are just emotional.

Insecurity. LSU is so mighty that the normal process that it takes to build a consistent program does not apply here - so it must be the coach!

It does kinda explain how we end up with the Miles and Orgerons. The Rileys of the world don’t want the job. I was pleasantly surprised when Kelly opted to come. We’re lucky to have him

Give me one reason why I shouldn’t question Bill Polian being our special teams coordinator.

This generation of Tiger fans have tasted a NATTY 3 times since 2004! You can't blame them for chasing a 4th....but we must be realisitic.

LSU will win again, I promise you.

I have said many times since last years bowl game. I would really love to be able to beat K-State in a bowl game. Anything more is an unrealistic expectation.

Lincoln Riley struggled for 3 quarters with Washington State lol. He’s the same guy he was OU. Win a shite conference by looking mostly mediocre and then get crushed in the big games.

He’s probably lobbying as we speak to not move to a real conference bc if he ever has to compete in a league where he has more than one difficult game per year he’s an 8-4 coach.

To be fair, they all look like bad choices.

You certainly can question it, but is that really the question you are asking?
If you are asking if he will be the SP coordinator next year, the answer may very well be no.
If he were replaced at end of year, would that be a good decision by the head coach in your view?

It kinda seems like nothing Kelly does will make some of these people happy unless he goes 9-3

I actually don’t think it’s fair because all of those items are tied to the bare cupboard and lack of synergy that comes with it. Any scheme will look bad when the players don’t have experience executing it
