I don't think she understands what a conflict of interest is. Its also obvious that ESPN doesn't care at all about impartiality, so she really is doing nothing more than yelling at clouds.

He didn't advise Kiffin to take the job. He advised Kiffin of the upside of the job and built in advantages of the job. It was Kiffin's decision and to say otherwise is STUPID.

If Saban says it on the air - Kiffin should take the LSU job - it's all ok but if Saban says it to Kiffin privately it's a conflict.
I don't understand how Kiffin at LSU conflicts with Saban being paid by ESPN to comment on college football.
