Are y’all talking about the Simon kid? He’s damn good, I’ve seen him play. My only worry is his hitting. He can easily be our best infielder for the next 3 years.

How good of a fielder is Merrifield? Seems like people are penciling him into the lineup due to his bat

I know I know I’m being a homer, but Pearson has to find a spot in the lineup. He’s instant offense with not only his bat, but his speed and ability to steal bases. He just scores runs.

JC player Jobert will be the DH next year!

If anybody needs any proof at all that you are nothing more than a blabbering moron on this board, this thread has it all.
According to you Dugas has no leverage if he returns. According to you Dugas will only get a 5-10K signing bonus if he comes back and then gets drafted.
Then you turn around and say, if he returns he will be in his junior season, and have two years of eligibility left. Which means everything else you have been mouthing off about, in this very thread, is inaccurate.
I know you pretend to be smart on this board, but you should try a little harder.

Typically when I make myself look like a total fool, I try to find things to call others out on, to make myself feel better too. I get it buddy.

Pearson is going to be a dude

I would feel like a fool if others actually realized he got an extra year too. You came in too late for the gotcha moment, sorry hoss.

Message board/fan prediction are useless all the time….otherwise, it wouldn’t be speculation or a prediction

LF- Dugas or Pearson
CF- Morgan
RF- Crews
1B- Berry
2B- Simon
SS- Merrifield
3B- Doughty
C- Someone who can hit
DH- Dugas if we can't keep Pearson in the line up. However, how can you keep Dugas away from batting- 300 with 19 homers!
Batting order
Morgan
Crews
Berry
Dugas if DH
Merrifield
Doughty
Simon
Pearson
Catcher

Did I miss something about Gio? If he comes back he’s the CF

SS Jordan Thompson hit 250 with 8 HR this past season, I have to think that coach Johnson can work with him to bat 30-50 points higher this next year. Jordan showed power at times as well.
I really like Connor Simon but he's coming off an injury. He also swings it well and has a great glove.
Also, I read (maybe Kendell) that coach Johnson is targeting Micah Dallas (Texas Tech) & Jack Washburn (Oregon St) as possible pitching transfers. Dallas more of a closer and Washburn possible Friday night starter.

I’m ok with Bianco at cf
Not fast enough. Balls will drop that would have been caught by a faster guy. These are just as important as his own hits.

“Hoss” is part of Lester’s defense mechanism.

Just no, no, no. Bianco has proven he can play the position of injuries occur which is awesome to have in your back pocket in case of an emergency. But they should move Morgan to CF cause I promise you, that is where he will be playing at the next level. Absolutely no way they leave that kind of speed stick on first base at the next level.

You are smoking crack if you think that a dude who just hit .300 with 19 homeruns won’t be in the lineup next year.
Well before we dismiss this guy, which way is the wind blowing? We might want to play Cranford instead
