Weekend starters are some combination of
1. Hurd - if we get him
2. Little
3. Trebake
4. Floyd
5. Skenes - if we get him
6. Coleman
7. surpise freshman/JUCO guy, which we have plenty of
ETA - Kling is a day 1 starter, and I think Romero and/or Guidry could push Thompson.
Also we're still in on a handful of other guys (Price, Skenes, Young) that could push for starting spots

With Tommy being a 1B, I could see Tre moving to another spot. Tre is good at 1B but many people have said he isn’t a true 1B man.

Tommy White DHed most of the season. He can play 3rd or 1st.
Tre Morgan will be at first. They are saying Morgan may have to change positions in the pros, but I do not see him changing in college.

I'm not the best guy to answer, but if you look at the baseball recruiting thread over on the recruiting board, we seem to have a shot.
Seems like Hurd is more likely than Skenes at this point.

How can anyone watch Morgan at 1B the last 2 years and think "Hey, maybe someone else should play this position"? Because I just don't see it.

Probably a better chance than you think. He’s #62 on the prospect list. Good chance he falls, possibly to the 3rd. If that’s the case, he makes it to campus.

agreed....any move on his part would be his decision to improve his draft stock at another position
