Arky’s bullpen is hittable, we just can’t get buried in runs before the starters exit.
Lots going to depend on the wind, Baum is small and if the wind is blowing out it could get ugly like Sunday.
Fortunately Ark is struggling scoring runs and like us depends on the HR a lot so if we can keep it close with our starters we just might steal one or two…

In fairness, I'd venture to guess that most people (a) really have no clue about the quality of the teams behind LSU and (b) are ignoring the fact that the SEC is much stronger in baseball than anyone else, and therefore there's not much penalty for losing conference games.

While this isn’t an elite team, it’s gonna be one of those 3-seeds no one wants in their regional.

The talent is there, it's a matter of it coming together. Last season they went into a slump right before the SEC Tournament and really into it then it came together at exactly the right moments on the path to Omaha.
That can happen again, it's just really hard to wait for that or to put your faith there.

Eh we will do enough to host a regional. I think we will pick it up on the back half of schedule. I expected to lose to Florida. If we won 2 at state we wouldn’t be feeling this way. Holman gives us a chance to win every Friday, and if Jump continues to improve like he has, we have a chance to win any series. We just have to nut up and hit with RISP, and not hurt ourselves with dumb mistakes.
