Never understood what Wade saw in Gaines

Gaines has a lot of tools, just very raw. He should never be asked to be a shooter for sure.

Quick twitch play maker with great D. Just needs to play under control. Lots of talent.

He can be dynamite defensively and disrupt a lot with how long he is. He is still too out of control on offense, but he is extremely athletic.

Perimeter defense, I think he’s made good strides on the offensive end too.

Not all players are one or two year players. Some of these guys need some playing time to develop. He's still very young.

He’ll struggle sometimes in games like this that are tightly officiated. Which happens a lot early season. Limits his aggression

He doesn't make the best offensive decisions. He was a horrible shooter last year. I hope he improves there this year.

Super fast twitch and plays good defense. On offense he is way too out of control. He dribbles around too much and leaves his feet too early. As I’m typing he put up an ill advised 3 point shot.

He has all works talent!! That's why.
Problem that I see is Gaines and pinson have save skill set from what I have seen this game I didn't see first game. But man they both seen to fly ah over the place and kinda lose control more then they are in control. But they have all the tools I give edge to Gaines though bc he is taller and seems even more athletic
