It's the fact that the NCAA is even investigating this stupid bullshite, but not the new Bama signees popping up with brand new dodge chargers. Imagine if LSU signees kept popping up with new dodge chargers. The entire NCAA investigating committee would be in Baton Rouge.

NCAA is a joke. It is in place to make sure that favored teams have an advantage if/when/whereas it is needed. Maybe they should have a look at how 'Bama gets year after year of #1 recruiting class. I am sure it is just because there is no other place on earth to play football...

LSU self reported these 2 infractions. Bama did the same thing last summer by reporting 5 infractions. These are slap on the wrist infractions initiated by the school, not the NCAA.
One day the NCAA will wake up and shred these archaic rules and write sensible ones. I'll probably dead before this happens,tho.

LSU needs to start looking at the rule book closely and we can also skirt around the rules to give us advantages in recruiting. It's smart and the NCAA can't do a damn thing about it, we need a small group of people paid to brainstorm on off season to come up with these little nuances that no one else is doing and is within the rules but catches the attention of these recruits. LSU needs to pay a little more attention to these little things that can make a huge impact and try them. Scrap the ones that don't work, trial by error, can't hurt. GT

People can say what they want about Dale Brown, but he publicly referred to the NCAA as hypocrites and "The Gestapo" back in the day and I always loved that he said that because it was true then and it is true now.
They are the biggest bunch of hypocritical a$$holes. They make the biggest deal out of absolutely nothing, however, they will look the other way every time when it benefit$ them in any way. The NCAA makes about $1 billion annually now.

It never ceases to amaze me how stupid many of the posters there on this site. One is contact by celebrities or former players with recruits and one is firmer players with surrender players. Do you understand? As it pertains to Odell Beckham,the NCAA is nit going to go after LSU because if father and son contact. Bo Bahansen keeps LSU straight. And you people throw out moron at former coaches and you can't even read th difference as to the type of contact??
